Culp Valley Anza Borrego

No water? No problem! Troop 147 came prepared for a fun fall desert campout. Great climbing with views into the Borrego Valley. Who would have expected a spring-fed swamp, complete with cattails, in the middle of parched desert! The scouts had a great time playing capture the flag on the rock formations near camp. And plenty of roaming tarantulas kept the boys occupied and checking their boots carefully before lacing up in the morning!
